What you need to know

We require two forms of identification, (recent utility bill, drivers licence, etc.) and a deposit. Cheques can only be accepted with a valid bank card. You will then get a demonstration of how to safely operate the item you are hiring. 

You can either take it away with you or arrange for delivery and collection - (charges will apply POA). All equipment requiring delivery or collection must be confirmed by telephoning our office.

A cleaning charge may be made for any equipment returned in dirty condition. All damages must be paid for. Any equipment stolen, lost or damaged beyond repair will be charged at current replacement cost.

Customers are recommended to arrange their own insurance cover for the value of the equipment hired. All equipment remains the responsibility of the customer until returned.

Under the terms of the Health & Safety at Work Act, we recommend the use of protective equipment, goggles, gloves and other protective clothing. These items are available to purchase in store.
